At Major’s Mark, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every engraved item we produce. Each product is custom made, often personalized, and created just for you.
Our Commitment
If we made a mistake — whether it’s a misspelling, incorrect item, or production flaw — we will make it right. Our goal is that every customer is proud of their purchase and happy to gift or display it.
What We Do Not Accept
Because each item is custom engraved and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the item
- You don’t like the engraving or style after receiving it
If We’re at Fault
If the item you receive differs from what you ordered due to our error, we will:
- Reproduce and ship a corrected version at no cost to you, or
- Offer an appropriate remedy depending on the situation
To initiate a correction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the product you received
- Your order number

As a veteran-owned small business, we truly value each and every order. We work hard to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction — but we also hope for understanding that once an item is engraved, it cannot be resold or repurposed.
